Using Transmit (Mac OS)
Once you download install and open Transmit, you should see two panes. The left pane shows files on your computer - you can browse the contents of your hard drive with this. The far right pane will show you the files on the FTP server when connected.

Logging in to the Server
To connect to the FTP server, Enter the server information in the right pane, along with your username and password (ignore "Directory"). If you have forgotten your username or password, Contact us, and we'll let you know.

Transferring Files The right side pane shows your directory. Any files you may have there should appear. To download files, simply drag them from the right-hand pane to a folder in the left pane (or your desktop). To upload something, just drag it from the left pane (or your desktop) to the right-hand pane.
