FTP Instructions
The following instructions will guide you through the process of using our FTP server for transferring files. If you have any problems or questions about FTP, please contact us and we'd be glad to help!

FTP Programs
Core FTP Lite (Windows OS, free)
Transmit (Mac OS X, free trial)
Note that you can use any other FTP client of your preference, but some of the details below may vary from program to program

Using Core FTP Lite (Windows)
Once you download, install and open Core FTP, the first thing that should appear is the "Site Manager". This is like an address book, and on your first visit, you will have to create a new entry. Click "New Site", fill in the Site Name (Pulsar FTP), the Host/IP/URL (ftp.pulsarpaper.com), your username, and password (if you have forgotten your username or password, contact us, and we will let you know what they are). Everything else you can leave as is. Click "Connect".

Transferring Files You should see two panes. The left pane shows your local files. You can use this to browse for files on your harddrive. The right side pane shows your directory on our FTP server. Any files you may have there should appear. To download files, simply drag them from the right-hand pane to a folder in the left pane. To upload something, just drag it from the left pane (or your desktop) to the right-hand pane.
